Hey everyone. First time posting, but long time reader.
So I am in the process of putting a Lift on my 2006 4Runner Sport and have a question for those who have done the FJ/Daystar setup. I just found some 2014 FJ 4x4 Coils and they are inbound. I am looking to pair those up with a Daystar Comfort 2.5/1.5 spacer lift but I see that they have changed their design to a pure spacer lift with bolt extensions. Before this kit used to consist of a smaller spacer and a mild pre-load on the spring with extended Strut bolts.

I was wondering which version of the Daystar kit people with the FJ Springs are running and would they prefer one over the other. I know there are pros and cons to both setups, just looking to see if I can get any real world experience/opinions.
Also, did anyone have issues mounting the FJ springs with the pre-load spacer? I saw one build thread where the owner said they were unable to compress the spring enough to put the pre-load on.
After the lift I am looking to upgrade to a 32" tire (Still want to be able to keep the spare in the stock location). I am debating between a 245/75R17 or the wider 275/70R17 and looking at the Bridgestone All-Terrain T/A KOs. What is everyone's thoughts on going skinny vs wide? Is there any real difference in the amount of rubbing between the two?
My 4Runner will continue to be mostly my Daily Driver with some off road use.
