Dealer Oil Change Issues

I agree it looks nothing like oil, I had to ask when he sent me the video. I guess I’ve never drained my oil when it’s piping hot like that though.

It does seem like coolant, maybe mixed with oil. Also considering the rate of how quickly its pouring out and the time that must have gone by between the other driver flagging your friend down and him starting to film, that is a ton of liquid pouring out. It sure seems like more than 6qts

I'm experiencing this now. They forgot to include an oil filter and just figured it out 6K miles later. Thanks.

I would have gotten as much documentation of the incident as possible that way if there were a problem down the road, they'd be installing a new engine in my truck.

Oh and absolutely rip the service manager a new one!

Happened to me too.
