I wenty to my dealer for an oil change because I had a coupon for my 4 runner. I also needed and inspection. My rig is a 2019 with 45K miles and is in great shape.
So the come back after the inspection and tell me I need new windshield wipers or they will fail my inspection. The wipers were fine - I told them they were just trying to make some dollars from me. So... my choice is, by the overpriced Toyota wipers or spend another couple of hours at the Mavis tire shop after I put new wiper blades on myself.
So I said ok.
On the way home, I cleaned my windows and on the drivers side window/wiper, the wipers left a huge un whipped streak at eye level.
When I got home I found out that the passenger side wiper had the Toyota logo on it, and my driver side was some sort of cheap wiper with no logo on it.
Livid - called the dealer and they refunded me the cost of the wipers.
Gutter cleaners just came for the fall gutter clean out and they only did half of the roof. They did not thin k I would climb onto the roof and look.
