Denver Blizzard '09 pics.

We're supossed to see 8"-15" in Denver but further south and west (where I'm at) could see over 20" but I'll be impressed if we see a solid foot. This is only our 3rd measurable snowfall this winter in Denver and will easily be our biggest. The roads really suck here and I saw 5 accidents in just a few miles of driving and am glad to be home.

14" measured at my place at 12:30. Been driving around all morning trying to work, but I keep having to get people unstuck just to move forward. If it snows till tomorrow morning, as forcasted, I bet we get 2 feet. I just got the okay to go home!

So far I have crashed into every snow bank possible and my toy just won't get stuck! lol!

In Lakewood we ended up with about 12 to 14 inches I'd say. This was my runners first time in the really deep stuff, did great, couldn't even really tell there was snow and ice on the ground.

Yup, I was hoping we would get a good foot or more this year but that hasn't happened...yet... :biggrin2: I stayed up until about 4 this morning just so I could go out and mess around in the piddly .5" of snow we got, lol... I could barely break the tires loose,

Where i live, back in the beginning of december we got about 25" of snow! That was my trucks first snow and i'd have to say i was quite impressed, i didn't get stuck once, plus i love driving in snow, it keeps you on your toes!!! metaphorically speaking...

Yep, brushed off a couple inches off my 4runner this morning but the ground was only wet. Just looked outside now and the ground is completely white.
