Directed DEI 555XW Remote Start Modules?

Does anyone have any experience with the brand "Directed DEI" or currently have the module installed? Any negative experience using these?

The price is unbeatable with the convenience of keeping the factory fob, but I'm afraid that I may get what I pay for?

Is it worth the buy/install?

Well directed owns the Viper systems. I have their Smart Start setup and love it.
