Disappointed in DT Header welds and Ypipe. Just me?

Just dropped some cash on the LT Headers and Ypipe from DT. They came in today and the welds look...meh?

The mating surface looks uneven on the headers and I'm worried about the gasket leaking.

There is still a bit of wire inside the ypipe from welding too... It honestly reminds me of week 2 of welding class. I probably wouldnt have passed with some of those welds.

Maybe I'm asking for too much for $1200?

I'm not an exhaust guy, but I did inspect welds for body repairs, and those stitch welds would be a fail for the holes in them. There's also lots of spatter in that one joint where 3 pipes come together, suggesting the material was not cleaned properly prior to welding. I would send these pics directly to Doug Thorley and see what they say.

I sent them an email, moving forward with the install in a couple weeks. Waiting on the cat back portion to arrive.
