After 2x weeks of research, trial runs, and contacting manufacturers, I'm excited to announce that I'll be taking orders for the Interior Hatch Release DIY Kits!

I have began selling these kits on the 3G4R SoCal and 3G4R Mafia FB Page. Kits go for $50 (shipping included). Would anyone on this forum be interested in this product? Post any comments or questions below! Thanks

does it disable any of the keyfob, lock unlock, window up down.

depending on the caveats I would be interested want one.

So the install is pretty straight forward! After 2 weeks of research and development, two trial DIY kits were tested and able to be installed in 45 minutes using the video. The video is very detailed, and is about 35 minutes long.

Interested also. I'd want to combine this with the rear window switch mod too, as seen here:

Would be ideal, IMO, to have the ability to open the rear hatch and window from within.

might be interested...hard to tell in your picture what switch looks like...its not something that if get bumped will open the door is it ?

Is it a simple bolt in? Requires any drilling/cutting of metal?

It requires drilling two holes on the bottom side of the drill to pop rivets in and to holes on the interior of the tailgate. Once the plastic panel is installed back on, the holes are not seen.

Sounds great but I’d like to know what I’m getting into, install wise. I understand protecting the idea but you might get a lot more interest if you provided more details on the install...especially for people like me who aren’t mechanics.
