Went to rotate and balance my tires yesterday. Once i pulled my wheels off noticed i could see my alternator. As i looked further i found out i lost one on the driver side, had 2 barely holding on and one ripped one. Out of 4 pieces NONE of them was intact. they are over 10 years old so i took them off.

I had some rubber flooring i had left over from another project.

I took off what was left of my old fender liners, put them on the rubber flooring. Used some pretty pink chalk i stole from my kids and traced them out like my kids do. like this

Since i only had 3 pieces left, a set from one side. I traced it for one side and flipped it over to make the templet for the other side like this

Material was from rubbercal.com, i will update this post with what i used since it was so long ago. material is much thicker than OEM plastic of course.

Finished cut outs

Only have finished pictures, didnt think to take pictures of the old and nasty ones. passenger side

driver side, front looks a little short from this picture because i just found out i am missing another piece of the inner fender liner LoL

I think i might make another piece to bridge the gap between the two pieces later today or tomorrow. I used regular wafer head self tapping screws to mount these instead of those pops for 3 reasons, 1: they cost $10 for a box of 500 = $0.02 each 2: i have them on the shelf 3: Pops cost $1,2 or 3 each?? i would have to wait for it ....nah who has time to wait, plus this is more secure
