Do you like your beige interior?

My wife and I always would choose dark interiors. Every time we had a rental or rode in a friends light colored interior we would really like the bright more uplifting feeling. Finally (and after our kids were older) we turned to beise in all cars exclusively. The sand leather in our limited is really elegant. I have the same in my other cars. Remember regardless of the color of the carpeting always order up black weathertech mats. Light carpeting is horrible but good mats in black takes that out of the equation. When car shopping I would never even consider a dark interior, even if it's an amazing one owner low mileage deal for the exact car I'm looking for.
 
My Limited RAV4 had tan leather in it. It held up surprisingly well. I had come from black leather in my previous ride.

It was also nice to see, easy to clean, did not mark up like some other manufacturers - blue tint from jeans, clothing, etc...

Blizzard pearl and tan was way better looking and less drab than grey leather.

However, I have the redwood in my 15 T4R and absolutely love it. My wife didn't like it in a white T4R, but loves it in our black. Definitely worth a look.
 
Live in Phoenix, Az. Went with wife to shop for her T4R. On the lot, two white SR5P's facing each other... the one with black interior was noticeably hotter inside than the tan interior.

She chose tan primarily for this reason.
 
I have katzskin tan in mine. I initially did not like it but living in Florida I have come to love it. It cleans easy and stays cool in our sweltering sun
 
I like my beige interior to go with red exterior. Had to wait a bit for the dealer to find one but it was worth it to me.
 
I searched a long time for a used black limited with black interior but I didn't have much luck around here so I ended up with black w/ beige. I like it more than I expected I would. Like others said, it doesn't show as much dirt/dust as black does.

I like that Toyota didn't make half of the dashboard beige on the Limited and didn't put in beige carpet. So at least the whole dash is still gray and black.

Tan does take a bit more maintenance, my dogs hair and wife's jeans leave some blue behind in her new Es350 with beige interior but nothing that can't be cleaned up - good mats make a diff with the kido's for sure.

Not a fan of tan and silver around the door and dash etc but that's my op / would say her car is cooler when it sits in the sun, must be the color...
 
Personally I would prefer a medium-to-dark gray rather than beige or black. But all I could get was black. Black is ok but gets too hot, and also shows even the slightest bit of dust or dirt.
 
Beige interior

I have the beige softex in my 15 sr5 premium - others have noted as well I really like the brighter interior and the fact it does not show dust/dirt as much as darker interior. Only thing I don't like is that my blue jeans are transferring a blue color onto the seat on the door side, the side that you slide over when getting in and out of the vehicle. Might be a consideration if you wear blue jeans a lot. Probably wont help resale value when they see that etc... I noticed the coloring after just 10k miles on the truck. Overall happy with it though.

use the vinyl cleaning/conditioning products to reduce the transfer and allow you to slide easy on accessing the vehicle. less friction less wear.

Same, was about to order nautical blue with the beige softex which I think looks very very nice. I ended up buying a black exterior with beige softex (sold a black tacoma w/ tan interior) off the lot b/c I knew I'd ultimately never tire of the black whereas the blue I thought maybe I'd someday jsut wish I'd gone with black anyway.

IMO, the beige interior looks a hell of a lot nicer than the black/grey softex which to me, just looks cheap. If it were all black, that would be one thing, but the two-tone seats are hideous in my personal opinion.

All comes down to your personal visual preference.

Plus I have a blonde wife and a brown dog, so the interior color works for me
 
Have Beige on a Black Limited and really like how bright it is.
Also, really like the fact that dash and carpet are still black. Easy to keep clean.
 
Living in Atlanta, GA I purchased Magnetic Grey with the Sand interior. I love cloth for summer and I'm moving to Florida soon, so it should help further with preventing some thigh burn. Impressed with the quality of the cloth seats. My feeling is it gives a brighter mood to the interior. Magnetic Grey with Sand is a tough color combo to find, which I like. Several guys with the same exterior color have made comments about how much they liked my sand version and wished they had got it as well. Also my dog has white and sand hair and it shows less with this interior, except in the back cargo area. I was thinking about line-x-ing the sliding deck in back for easier cleaning and less dog hair stuck in the carpet. Anyway, love the tan. Looks sharp, great color contrast, stays cool, and easy to maintain.
