Engine is probably broken, but initial estimates put just the engine at around $17k.

People are trying to sell them for a hefty profit; here is one for $130k (btw they were $60,000 brand new)

Not sure the tow company would even hire the guy, especially after what he did to his Hellcat.

Dodge is supposedly going to ramp up production to 9,000 cars so I guess the idiots who tried to buy these cars to flip them for a quick profit believing only 3,000 would be made understand they will need to find a sucker to do such. As 02se points out though, one is born everyday.
