Man, this kid is smokin something good if he really thinks that someone is just gonna give away tires.
I gave away my 4.0l cause I wasn't using it...

I'll pay $50 on top of his free or little $ for a set of nice 33's. 
maybe if you asked for 31's you would have better luck, but you would probably end up with a free set comperable to what you already have. So if your mom put tires on it means you likely didnt pay for the tires or the truck for that matter, which leads me to believe you dont have a job right now or are just cheap. And on top of that, a good set of 33's are about $800 if not more, i dont know too many people willing to give that away, especially to a 16 year old who is at high risk of wrecking (i am 19 and the same applies for me). Plus i you need a lift to fit 33's comfortably otherwise it will rub like no other you will have extremely limited flex and will look goofy! But, i could be wrong and i apoligize if it is offensive. And welcome too the forum too!!!!

haha yes i had no say on what tires to put on the truck, but i did buy my 1997 limited for 5k of my own money. and i do have a job but it is seasonal and i just bought a lift from toyotec which has depleted my bank account 
so if any one is still willing to sell me their tire for cheap i would be more than happy

If your job is seasonal good paying for the 20% reduction in fuel economy with 33's. And the added stress the lift will do to your wearing out components quickly which get expensive to fix, i just hope you understand know what your getting yourself into. And 3" may look a little akward on stockers but Fightman didnit through the winter. And if you bought a legitimate lift (new coils shocks and struts, Not spacers then the amazing new ride quality will make up for a minorly akward stance.
I'd say you were in pretty good shape already.

alright great cuz i have been looking at everyone else's 4rs and they seem to have the bigger tires and i was just hoping that with a 3" lift the car didnt look like it was rolling around on training wheels. after i put the lift on i know that i should prob put a 1" diff drop on it and extend the brake line. will there be any other changes that i will have to do?

You can run 32's and not look goofy, but 31's will look small. You may have to get either a panhard bar drop bracket or an extendable panhard bar. Depending on the miles, you might want to look into your lower ball joints as well.
