Does anyone know what kind of headlights these are?

I saw this on a youtube video, I asked the OP who I assume is the owner but no answer yet.

I can post the link, someone confirmed if I'm allowed to.

I don't want to put his truck all over the internet without his permission.

I've seen retrofits but these are round headlights in what seems to be an insert in the shape of the original headlights.

I have been wanting to do something similar to my truck and this is the first time I see someone do it in person.

Any idea guys?

Looks like may have cut up the stock reflector and installed some standard round (5 & ³/₄ "?) lights

Closest thing to it are the Rumin Sport ones from Russia,they're also available in black but the pics don't show much of the detail...
