Does something look wrong here?

I don't mean to post another "can someone check out this truck for me" thread, but I'm in the hunt for my first 'runner and after learning a ton from the threads on here I started noticing some odd things with this listing I found.

On the surface, it's everything I'm looking for besides the tow hitch. But now Im looking at the details and this thing is kind odd. Here's the listing:
http://atcm.co/S2PVDP/17C80F31

Some things that I find odd...
-low miles but I've had this listing saved for weeks now (close to a month). I emailed the dealership yesterday and they confirmed they still have it
-listed as a SR5, but it has the hood scoop and rails of a SE
-listed as a SR5, but has premium wheels
-'08 model with what looks to be the port installed spoiler (no hump) while the '08's came standard with the factory spoiler (with hump)
-TomTom in the head unit?
-seats don't appear to match any of the options in the '08 brochure. Cover's? Reupholstered?
-window shades (correct term?): previous driver a smoker?

The car fax looks reasonable for this age of vehicle. No accidents reported.

Other than the fact that I live in Austin and this truck is in OKC, it looks like it might be a great truck. It also looks like it could be a bit of a franken'runner with a shady past.

Thoughts?

Thanks for that. Any sort of "urban" package on trucks usually has me running the other way. But this actually doesn't look too bad. Whatever 4Runner I end up with will be 90% mall crawler anyway. Throw on a daystar spacer kit to level it out, some strategic plasti-dip, and a hitch receiver and I'll be pretty close to perfect.

I may be booking a trip to OKC.
