Does this look normal or is something missing?

This is a 23 SR-5. We bought it new and dealer did the 1st 2 oil changes. I was taking a look getting ready to do the next one myself. It looks like a bracket or something is missing. See the 2 tabs that stick out towards the back of the vehicle under the front driveshaft. If something isn’t missing, what are those tabs for? Thanks

IIRC, the Limited's have a plastic shield that attaches to those 2 rear tabs.
Non-Limited's...nothing attached!
 
Splash Shield

Those 2 tabs are for the attachment of a transmission splash shield, standard on Limited Models but can be added to any 4Runner.

Toyota 51495-60380

Uses same bolts that attach skid plates. 90080-11373
