So, we just bought a 2007 4R for our son from a Toyota dealership, got it home, and the dome light doesn't work. The slide just goes back and forth and does not catch. We popped off the cover, and the slide appears to have teeth on it, but does not appear to reach the on/off switch in the dome assembly?? I can take my fingers and slide the dome light switch back and forth and it comes on and turns off, so no problems with it actually functioning. What are we missing here. Is there a part missing between the slide and the on/off switch??
