Woah! How do you like your X-Fushion velvet? I am thinking of getting the Velour.

That is a sweet looking bike, i now understand your priorites.

The bike pictured is my cannondale prophet w/5.5 inches travel, I also own a a giant glory, cannondale gemini, yeti dj, and cannondale chase dj. The velvet is pretty good, but I would probably go with the vengance for my riding style. If any of you end up in CA lets hit Downieville! Here is a pic of my yeti and my shuttle rig.

You'll have a much better chance of selling it if you use Paypal. Not that I don't think you're honest, but anyone who sends a check in the mail to a private party with no recourse (like ebay's or paypal's protection plan) is pretty reckless IMO. The fact that you don't offer Paypal as an option, but you're selling on the internet might throw up a red flag to most people (it would to me). $2K is a little high IMO. A friend of mine just bought an entire engine w/ ~120K on it (and the tranny too) with the SC pre-installed and tuned, also with a URD 6 injector kit and piggy-backed ECU for $2500. That came with the whole engine and tranny also! He bought it off a member on here.
