Double Cardan Joint

Hey have a 99 runner with the famous vibes issue. Was going to replace the u-joints looks like one in the double cardan joint is going bad anybody do this themselves or have any tips on doing it?

not sure if the 99 is any different than the 02 but i just learned the hard way that the double cardan set-up on my driveshaft isnt a servicable item meaning if it goes your either having someone at a toyota shop rebuild it or your replacing the driveshaft as i did. hopefully you havent already removed the u-joints or your gonna be in the same boat i was....
