Doubt 4R 4g South American version

Hi, this is my first contribution to this forum, I am from Chile and I have a question about my 2007 4R Limited 4g hope you can help me resolve it. I tell you the version of the 4x4 4R (including Limited version) which came to my country does not have the button lock / unlock center differential.

My question is if I can drive in 4H mode on slippery pavement conditions (rain, snow, ice)?

Yes you can, no issue at all

i thought that the non us models have a regular 4wd transfer case unlike our awd transfer cases

Not sure! OP was worried about using it in slippery conditions though and from that perspective it would be fine even if it was locked.

Didn't the non-US models have a Torsen T3 center differential as an option? If I remember correctly only the US models had them standard on all trim levels and came with the hydraulically assisted brake master cylinder.
