(a reminder. The factory headers are very restrictive on these trucks. These suckers give a HUGE hp gain and gas mileage bump. Transforms the truck. Toyota's manifold design isn't the best and these open everything up. It's taking your finger off the bottom of the straw.

Doug Thorley's instuctions say it doesn't work with a body lift because the steering column has to be in the factory position. I'm not sure, maybe you could get it to work, but things will have to be modified on the driver side header and even they can't tell me exactly what. It WILL WORK with suspension lift out of the box.
