OK, my vibration problem that wasn't transmission mounts, engine mounts, or exhaust has become, it would seem, a drive shaft or a u joint issue.
I really don't know, but I've got some other symptoms on top of the vibration, now.
--truck feels a bit wonky on slow starts
--seems to feel wonky when slowly rolling in drive, but not if it is rolling in neutral
--truck will buck a bit on starts
--it made a scraping sound when turning while starting from a complete stop yesterday
--will lose a bit of momentum coasting in drive, but not coasting in neutral
--still the vibration
Just wondering what to do, since no shop could even feel the vibration when I could feel it last month. Want to get it fixed, and don't want to make it worse if there is a serious problem, and want to not throw more money at something that will still not be fixed.
