I'm in the process of an automatic transmission to manual transmission swap and the manual is 2 inches shorter than the automatic so i was planning on getting the appropriate drive shaft from a junkyard. I found some drive line spacers on 4crawler and started looking into this as an alternative. I have new U joints on my driveshaft (less that 5000 miles) and would rather not have to put some new ones or swap mine on a junkyard one. Trail gear and low range off road offer them also. LROR has the best price of 20 bucks a piece. I would do two 1" spacers, 1 at the transfer case and one at the pinion. So I'm looking for some opinions or experiences with them, good/bad, any problems they could cause?
