I picked up a parts car that had been sitting for over a year according to the seller.
I took the battery out, charged it, and it started right up. Drove it right on to the tow truck.
There is no Check engine light or stored CEL codes but there were a few brake related codes.
All but one of the ABS sensors and the following.
C1252 Hydro pump booster motor
C1256 Accumulator low pressure.
I reset them all and the only one that came back on is C0205 left from ABS sensor.
My question is could all of those been triggered because it sat for so long? Seems to run and stop fine? And all but the one ABS sensor code have not triggered again.
