Due maintence?

So I've owned my truck since 10/3/11 and have only done oil changes, a caliper and time tires. Plus a few other misc. Stuff. Its got 75,129 miles and grows about 25-50 miles a day. What maintenance do y'all think I should do? It runs a little rough and that's why spark plugs are first.

Few other things I know right off:

Tires (BFG All-Terrain KO)
Spark plugs
Coolant drain/ full & thermostat
A full tank of gas
...?

I have a few random things I want to buy. Were selling our house so money should hopefully be feasible.

TIA

Swap out ALL fluids stat with new

Agreed!

I just picked up my '05 a week ago today, and the first thing I did was front diff, transfer case, air filter, cabin air filter, new wipers, and of course an oil change. I was planning on doing both diffs, but the rear fill plug is so caked with rust, and I didn't have any heat around at the time, so once my new drain + fill plugs arrive, I'll be doing the rear diff as well.

It's ideal to do all these things so you know where you're at in the service maintenance cycle.

Next thing I'm gonna do is coolant.
