Duratrac Tire deal

Goodyear is offering the rebate, so no matter where you buy your Duratracs, get the rebate (you can even complete it online). I bought mine at Discount Tire and am getting the rebate (someday).

Can't find the duratrac thread so I'll post here.

Am I crazy for considering MTRs on a truck I drive my family around in?

Don't particularly care about the mileage or the noise- just worried that the E load rating is going to be too rough of a ride

I think its between duratrac and mtrs at this point. I have dedicated tires for the winter so this is just for DD/backroads/offroads in the summer

Edit- and the MTRs have an $80 rebate as opposed to 60 on the duratracs! just to keep it relevant to the OP

I drive Toyo Open Country AT2s, LT265/75/16s, in Load Range E. It does not bother me one bit and my Runner is my primary daily driver.
