E-locker adjustment

I recently installed an e-locker. I removed the actuator to drill my housing out and i am not sure how to time it back.

Here is the problem, I tried to engage the e-locker and i heard the motor going forward and backwards, but it would not disengage the diff. I pulled the actuator off and locked it via switch and reinstalled the actuator and it seamed to fix the problem.

Is there a correct way to do this? I want to be sure, i don't want to break this e-locker.

It's weird- there is that bottom bolt that suggests there's some adjustment there, but the other two bolts don't have slotted holes, so there's no way it could be adjusted without throwing off one of the other bolt holes.
Don't quote me on this, but it might be so they can use the same locker motor on different third members (i.e. coil spring 4Rs or FJCs vs. leaf sprung Tacos vs. FJ80 9"s).
