Eibach Shocks + OME Springs?

Is anyone running Eibach Pro Sport Shocks with OME springs? I’ve read some think the Eibach springs are too short in the rear. I’ve got a V8 and want to keep a slight bit of rake. I will load the rear from time to time with people and camping gear. Don’t want it to end up looking like a “bro truck” when loaded.

I’m debating the Eibach Pro Stage 1 Kit or Eibach Pro Sport shocks with OME 885 (front) and 2895 (rear) springs.

Can't help you on Eibach+OME, but I'm running Eibach with SwayAway rear coils (~2" lift). Plenty long for that particular application.

That said, I do wish they had a little more travel in the rear. My understanding based on talking to the Eibach guys is they went with a shorter (up to 2.25" of lift) shock because at that point your travel is limited by rear sway bar and UCA/LCA.

Maybe someday I'll drop the money and put a true LT setup in the rear xD But not today. For now, Eibach + a 2" lift coil works pretty great.

I had the Eibach shocks with 885/895. No complaints other than the rear was too stiff for me since im always unloaded. But when I had full passengers it rode very nice. I now have Icon 2" in the rear.

Great news! Some people were having the issue of the rear being too soft and sagging when loaded. Glad you guys are listening.

What about coilovers for the 4th gen? I see you guys make them for the 5th gen.

That's fantastic news! Its the biggest problem in my mind with the Pro-Truck lift kit. The rear height is fine unloaded, but add any weight and it's an issue. When I went on a recent trip, my rear was lower than a stock rig after I loaded it up with camp gear...

Still, love running 33.1" tires with my Eibach lift!

This is exactly what I’m looking for. I don’t have a lot of experience modding vehicles, so I like the piece of mind mind gained from buying a kit designed to work together. I guess I can hold off until June.

Second thought, are these the “adjustable” rear springs that have been rumored for a while? Or would these simply be an HD spring with firmer spring rate?
