I had a fantastic buying experience at this dealership. No pressure or nonsense. They offered a fair price for the Trail Premium they had on the lot. We negotiated on my trade and I ultimately got high KBB. That was pretty much it. Took a test drive on Saturday. Put a deposit down that day and completed the purchase the following Thursday.

If you go there, ask for Melissa Garcia. Melissa was great to deal with and she truly cares about her customers. It also doesn't hurt that she's really cute. Very easy on the eyes. :biggrin1:

They have/had an excellent mail order parts department. Their recently retired parts manager Curt was an encyclopedia of Toyota parts knowledge, but it looks like they did find someone to carry the torch.

Had a similar good experience at St Charles Toyota. Wasn't planning on buying anything but got it for $600 under invoice
