Has anyone installed this cartrimhome overlay kit on a TRD Pro?

The rear hatch TRD Pro emblem comes black from the factory and it’s a satin like finish. Not sure if the overlay kit should be ordered in matte or glossy black to match the OEM best. First hand experience and photos would be appreciated!

There are definitely 2 different quality levels of kits out there and the differences are very noticeable. One set is very flimsy with rough edges that can and often do bleed over onto the paint. The other is much sturdier and cut very precisely. I got mine from BAM Wholesale and couldn't be happier with the quality of the kit.

Right on time.
I just received mine from CarTrimHome.. let me be honest with you... I wish I just forked over extra cash for the OEM ones... I'm not sure how the quality are on the OEM, but the CTH ones are pretty... crappy. It also took over 1.5 months to arrive.
I honestly would have gone another route. $50 is a sweet deal. I am by no means OCD, but you can definitely tell it is a super cheap material. From afar, its not very noticeable but when you go up close, you'll see. I'll post more specific photos with them on (probably won't be able to tell)
When I received it, you can easily push it in and cause a dent or indentation..
Let's just say if one of my letters fall off or anything, I'll end up going OEM.
Side note: If anyone wants just the Front Toyota Emblem and the (2) SR5 overlay. They threw it in with my Off-Road so I have the SR5 laying around, $30 shipped takes it! If you're local, a 6 pack of beer or a growler from a local brewery will suffice.

I just got the matte black overlays (from another user who didn't install) and they are definitely different from the stock TRD Pro emblems. I believe the member I bought these from said they were CarTrimHome but I would need to confirm. Either way, they are definitely a cheap thin plastic but they should do the job. The "4Runner" and Toyota badge are a couple feet from the TRD Pro badge so I'm not too concerned about the difference being noticeable. But it would be great to see the gloss overlays compared to the Pro emblems.
