engine rattle during hard acceleration

anyone else notice a rattle during hard acceleration? sorta sounds like metal clanking or somethin...any ideas?

V6 or V8? The V6 have a ticking noise that can be easier heard when driving near a wall or jersey barrier. I wouldn't consider it a clanking noise, just a fast tick.

its a v8 and its a very bold sound that you dont need to necessarily specifically listen for. clanking is probably the best way for me to describe it

2007 Limited V8 same problem. Would love to get that fixed...
