Engine shake/stumble on COLD start

Guys I've searched and haven't some up with anything on a cold start. I left the runner sit for a week while I was traveling and upon starting it up the engine shook hard for a few seconds then smoothed out. Brand new plugs and wires and brand new MAF. I checked and I was a quart low on oil and topped it off other than that the symptom was very strange. I noticed it did it again this week but not nearly as bad. So it's happened twice now in 2 months. Should I just chalk this up to oil starvation? Any ideas on where to look?

Decided to bump this thread instead of making a new one. I have the same problem aside from low oil.

On a cold start it will almost die and then jump back up to almost 2000rpm before evening out. Before this it would crank extra long before starting but never almost died. I cleaned the iac valve and throttle body a few months ago.

Could it be the battery giving it a weak crank?

It's a 2000 3.4 130k miles
