i bought my 4R from my parents neighbor, V8 4x4 Sr5, 56k miles when i purchased it,
so far i have installed all new speakers, headunit and a mini amp and sound deadened the doors.
just the other day i installed Tacoma TRD O/R coils and yellow bilstiens up front, upon completion of installation i re-measured the fender height and saw 2 1/4" gain, which then after driving down the street and back it settled down to 1 1/2" gain up front. Once i located some rear FJ coils ill be swapping those in along with the tacoma rear shocks as i think they should fit and allow for some extra droop.
Overall thoughts of the Tacoma struts/coils is good, ride is smooth and less body roll when going into a turn. it took a total of about 1 1/2hrs from start to finish for the swap, worth it if you can get them cheap, i already had them from my previous tacoma (2011).
I will load up pictures in the next few days.
