I made a reservation to Grand Staircase Bed & Breakfast in Escalante UT for September 19th to 26th, 2016. Unfortunately, I could not get my vacations for these dates. The reservation is non-refundable and non-modifiable. Half of the stay, 497 USD was already charged to my credit card. I am assuming this loss but I am offer the reservation to anyone who would be interested. This person would pay 497 USD plus applicable taxes. The B&B owner agreed to allow me to transfer it to someone else.
