19 years of salt abuse has turned the 4wd vacuum canister to this ! I think thats the name of it. I had patched it 2years ago after I just happened to notice it dangling under the front fender !! Need to get it fixed before the snow starts to fly.
The stealership wanted $200 + CDN so has anyone ever had to replace theirs if so did you rig something up and what did you use ?
I'm searching around for a strong metal can right now, can't be too hard to find something, it needs a small pipe in the side too for the vacuum pipe so you can engage 4wd. Needs to be strong however or it will implode under suction ! Best check yours if you haven't already.
