Evergreen Pearl w/ painted wheels

So my wheels are looking a bit rough and weathered as of late, so I'd like to paint them. I really like the merked out black look, but I do think it's overdone and I'm not sure how it would look with my paint color. Just looking for a little input as to what color scheme I should go with. Anyone out there rocking evergreen pearl and painted wheels?

I painted my stock wheels with some Duplicolor Galaxy Grey Metallic... it's a Honda Color:

There's an example of every color out there with black wheels on them just do a search and you'll find one.

I'm partial to a darker silver if stock is too light and fightman's is a real nice example of avoiding the overpopular trend of black which around here seems to be the wheel color of Jeeps for the last 30 years.

Fightman's is nice, but the key word in the name is Metallic! It has some serious flakes in it.

I painted mine Hammered Grey Rustoleum from Home Depot.

There is actually not that much flake in the paint at all.... more so in the name... lol!

Thanks for the input guys. Fightman and 4Running, I really like what you've both done there. I've definitely been leaning towards a dark gray or something in that spectrum, but needed a little inspiration. I'm not terribly confident in my own rattle can skillz, but I'm just gonna take the plunge and go for it.
