Exhaust manifold problem

I'm not too sure what's happening but I think my exhaust manifold or where the heat shield is, is coming off or something.

There is also a loud squeaking noise but I don't think it's a belt

Is there a question in there? All you said was that you thought something was loose?

What have you checked? Did you put a wrench on all the bolts to see if they are tight? Got a video?
