So I plan to go to the local toyota recycler to buy the parts for rebuilding my 4runner. Can anyone referr me to a website with exploded views so I can figure out what parts I need?

I hope this helps. You should be a able to choose your year then the part you are looking for and then have the option to view the exploded diagram.
