You can't get that much info just from decoding the VIN. As far as I know, the info in this artice gives you all you can get:
Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN codes)/Toyota/VIN Codes - Wikibooks, open books for an open world
The dealer can hook up to Toyota's database and get access to the build sheet. I don't know where else you can do that.

Yep. Go to the dealer service department, give them the VIN and they can print out a 'vehicle inventory report' including options, pricing, etc. (mine was $38219 new and was sold 11/24/2001).

Insert your VIN and you will find the specific options for your vehicle. Is there any way i can find out what options came on my runner from the factory? i got my runner 3rd or 4th hand, so i have no clue what specifically my ride is equipped with. Like a website or something where i can run the vin?
Thanks in advance
