Fan Rattle?

2003 v6 4WD. There seems to be a rattle under idle. I've checked all through this forum and haven't found what it might be. I've checked the skid plate and nothing seemed loose, same with the heat shield. As soon the car starts moving it goes away. Any idea what this could be? I've uploaded a video with the audio, it's been making this sound for a little while. Thanks!

You say fan rattle. Sounds loud for that, but, start with the fan itself ( while motor is off ), turn it by hand see it is hitting the shroud, have any play in it.

My guess would be, while running, crawl under and run the exhaust pipe line for contact on other parts, or any loose objects rattling.

Update for anyone that comes across the same issue. The noise was from the tensioner pulley. I purchased a gates unit from rock auto. To replace the entire unit you have to remove the alternator and unscrew the ac compressor (don't disconnect the hoses and let sit to the side). I chose to remove the pulley off the new unit and just replace the old one with it. Note they are the exact same size, not larger like some reference from the TSB. Also, note that the head on the gates unit is 13mm whereas the OEM is 14mm.
