Amazon Basic brand usb cords are fully red, I have a few of em and they seem to be good quality. They are double braided cords and come in various lengths.

Yes, I purchased that exact one. Overall very pleased with it. The extra cushioning is nice on the elbow when driving and the added protection from scratching the original console cover is a must. The diamond stitch pattern might be a little out of place in a 4runner but I think it brings a classy feel to the interior.

Just did a quick search because I have heard many good things about Canvasback and found they do have a center console cover. For those not wanting to search, here is the link:

Unfortunately, it appears to have no padding and a loose fit compared to the Amazon one linked above. I have no personal experience with the Canvasback cover (or any Canvasback products in general) but for the same cost, I wouldn't hesitate to go for the Amazon one again. The added padding and faux leather is definitely nicer to rest your arm on rather than an unpadded canvas material.
Side note, I paid full price for the Amazon cover and was not asked to say anything nice about it. Just genuinely impressed with the product so far.

The Canvasback covers are really designed for dirt control not comfort. I only use that stuff when camping, etc.

Bought knock-off front seat risers. They just arrived but haven't installed yet. I'm assuming it will give me same results as the more well known brand but costs approximately 25-30% less.
