Screw that, that will just allow the government to choke our engines of fresh air even more, adding more Exhaust to the combustion cycle, just to give the illusion of fewer emissions, it all leads to a large cost of research, the cost of production, and then the lower reliability as the engines will only be able to operate normally under strict conditions so when you add variables the system won't function right and it will cost a fortune to fix.
