really quite unhappy..contacted them on several occasions and they said they r having issues with customs, that the ship has arrived usa from japan..blah blah blah.....july ending will make it a full 16wks since i placed the order

No, they're still on my list but i'm not sure when i'll actually buy them. I'm guessing you got a custom color since they're taking so long. Thats crazy and a looonngg wait but at least you know you're waiting for a tried/true product. What colors did you go with?
