The hood sure sounds like a good deal and I am sure OP will honor his price. I assumed these things go for $400+ at a scrap yard.

No bids yet, but I'm firm at $100. I will allow first come first serve on these, but I'm about 40-45 minutes from Santa Clara depending on the time of day.

Yeah you can get a brand new certifit with all the pieces from Toyota for around 250, so a used Toyota hood should be about the same.

I have a certfit and would not know the difference had I not purchased it myself. Having said that, for resale keeping everything OEM is worth it. I would have paid more for a OEM sport hood with Toyota stamped on the underside. But not dealership OEM prices when Certifit is $75 sport hood only. Paying $250 is a great deal for OEM with all the guts. I'd jump all over that, it's a rare find.

Tell me about it. I'm trying to keep it, but I can't buy tires without it sold. O well it's just a hood and will make my family happy in the end, so that's what matters most.

Ok well no one has given me a definite want for the sliders. Bikerjosh is stopping by this weekend to pick up the hood and probably could pick them up for you.

Thought I would update this so I don't get any PM's 3 years from now from new member asking if I still have it. Bikerjosh picked up the hood for himself and the sliders for Smog-guy today. Hope they get put to good use other than hanging out in my garage.

Borrowed a honda mini van, my 4runner is sitting on jackstands. BTW-got the rotors off.
