Fender apron missing on my 2004 T4R SR5

Hi all, I recently noticed that the front fender aprons (rubber liner?) that separates the inner wheel well from the engine is missing on both sides. Is this something I need to be concerned about or can I go about my merry way and leave it as is? Though I have 2.5" shock spacer lifts on the front, I don't do any off roading, but it does snow here in the winter. Thanks and looking forward to hearing your input.

I would say they're there for some protection, but don't protect everything as there are gaps in the liner's coverage. It doesn't completely block off the engine bay from the elements.

Somebody on here has the measurements for those wheel liners so you can make your own.

Hopefully those guys see this and can give them to you.
