Hi guys! My family has been a part of the Toyota family for years. First we got a '99 Red 4runner, my first Toyota experience. My dad still drives a 2000 Toyota Tundra he bought in 2002. In 2003 we traded the 4runner in on a 2003 Sienna LE.
I'm 16 now, and definitely a car person. I love watching Top Gear's "How to kill a Toyota", and all my friends know I'm a Toyota person. I first became obsessed with the Tacoma about 3 years ago, and then moved onto the 3rd gen 4runner when I realized it was the same engine/frame/etc but cheaper. I remember the day one of my friend's parents brought home a 2013, and I was able to tell him more about it than the salesman. HP, etc. I was taught frugality, and we buy vehicles to last. Since I will very likely be going to med-school, I needed a vehicle that would last 8+ years. I dreamed of a 2006 Limited. Maybe 4x4 if I could get it. I was saving up money to bridge the gap between my parent's funds and the cost. Eventually my parents got tired of looking even though I wanted to wait it out.
We ended up getting a 4th-gen 2005 Toyota 4runner SR5 for my first car, which I am very grateful for. Though it wasn't a limited, the previous owners basically made it that way. It came with a K&N air filter, factory leather, and a brand new Rhino Liner in the back. We bought it from a Ford Stealership (hate vehicles that break), and unfortunately they covered up a smoke smell that has reappeared.
I have decided to tackle this problem with a full detail. A friend and I started a detailing company a few months ago (like I said, car person) and I plan on making this the greatest detail I have ever thought up.
1. Full exterior wash/clay bar/compound/polish/wax
2. Full interior clean focused on smoke removal (Like I said I plan on becoming a doctor. Screw smoke tar.)
3. Eventual replacing of all the fluids/full tune up
I will make a thread on this, but for now I have just one particular question:
What do you personally use for cleaning 4th gen Leather seats?
I've done some research around the forum. Originally I was looking at Lexol, Meguiar's Gold Cleaner and Conditioner Spray (not wipes), and Chemical Guys. Forum research eliminated Chemical Guys. Lexol seems up in the air? I plan to spend less than $25 for the leather care, but I will also steam clean them with the tools I already have. Thanks!

Ok, I have a P.S. question: See the fog light thing right up here ^^^ in the picture on the bumper? Is that supposed to be hazy or do I need to restore it?
