Finally started blacking it out!!!

Its funny you mention the lights. Im wanting soooooo bad to do something with the lights, but not sure what exactly? Any ideas. I know ive read some past posts on here from guys doing their lights, and they looked awesome! But I havent been able to find them for some reason. But yes, I want to do my lights!!

You could do some cool projectors. Might fit well with the blacked out look. Also you could do the satoshi mod when you do your grille.

Where is the best info on the projectors? And yes, im thinking about doing the Satoshi mod. Ive looked at quite a few threads on it, and it seems like a pretty easy task with sweet results!

The main reason I did the projector headlights was so I could black out the headlights, without effecting the light output. I already had black corner lights. Here's my write-up on it:

What have you been using for painting the bumper and chrome around the wheelwell?

The bumper I actually used the spray on bedliner, but, might end up changing that later, pending how hard it is to clean next time I take it on the trails. As far as the chrome on the fenders, I just sanded them down really well, used some black primer and then just Krylon-Duplicolor black spray paint. It all came out really well, but time will tell if I should have used a different process.

I would deff use one of the lens tinting methods for the rear lights, thats what i did with mine! They came out awesome!!

blacked out bumpers/fenders

You used spray on bed liner for the rear bumper? Any primer? How did you prep the chrome? I just bought the samend Truck and it needs some love to clean up the rust. I'm thinking the bed liner might be the route to go.
