first car 2006 4runner limited lots of questions

hey guys just bought my first car and after a very thorough search i ended up with a 2006 titanium 4runner limited and i love it, now im ready to get modding and have several plans and questions.

what id like to do in order of priority,
15% or 35% tint over factory all windows except front passenger and driver
18" Mojave with Teflon American Racing Wheels Wheel and Tire Combos.com - American Racing - Mojave with Teflon® (Series 3981) or 17" Eagle Alloys - Series 1378 wheel Wheel and Tire Combos.com - Eagle Alloys - Eagle 1378
'mule' Baja roof rack
blacked out emblems
2 or 3 inch lift
trd exaust
cold air intake
arb or similar front bumper and burtman rear skid bar
possibly blacked out grill and blacked out tail lights

so now the questions

1. first what rims do you guys think are better and or look better?
2. if i get the 18" Are's will i be able to use the tires off my stock 18" alloys and if so what width rims do i need
3. also if i get the 18"s how big of a tire can i go with without needing spacers or a lift to prevent wheel well rubbing?
4. oh and does anyone have a pic of an unlifted silver 4runner with the ares or eagles
5. finnaly any recomendations on similar or different mods that might be better

i am currently a senior finishing up college in chicago and plan on moving back to seattle after i graduate, i dont plan on off roading yet but i would like to get in to it eventually but i love the outdoors, biking, hiking, boating ect

1) DEFINITELY get the Mojave's over the 1378 in my honest opinion
2) Yes, but I would say wait until you need to replace the tires, downsize to a 17" wheel (looks better in the Mojaves) and get a set of AT tires if you are planning on off roading.
3) A full 32" tire is the biggest you can go without rubbing without a lift, and that will require some trimming. (roughly a 265/65/18, again I would say go for 17's over 18's if you are upsizing tires)

5) I say get the full factory replacement rack, not just the mule. I have it on my truck and LOVE it (there are pics in my build thread).
