Pulled into the garage, looked down and saw this. Never owned a vehicle with this many miles, but wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere.

holy zombie thread revival batman! 200K is just getting going.
I will be there too, in about 2k miles. But that will take a while now, since I just bought a car as my daily driver, and semi-retired my T4R.
I just hope that I remember to keep an eye on it, and actually get to see the odometer turn over the mark as I am driving it. Will that be like when I lost my virginity 36 years ago?
Nah - I seriously doubt it, but it will still be rather cool to see.

Nah - I seriously doubt it, but it will still be rather cool to see.I just joined the club today. The crazy coincidence is that it turned over 200k exactly where I parked to go hiking. Well, not exactly, because it doesn't show tenths, but it hadn't hit 200,001 when I turned the key off.
I was watching it closely, and took a picture of 199,999, just for shits and grins.
When I turned off the key, I patted her dash and told her I loved her, and thanks for sticking with me for 12 years. Then I could swear I heard her purring and say, "JR numma one. I sooo hawny. I love you long time. Boom boom". :becky:

I have made the 200k mile club many times.
In a Volvo. 18-wheeler.
I'm closing in on 1.6 million miles. Been an OTR truck driver for 12 years.

Just so I'm clear, do I need to have owned it for most of those miles? Because in the last two months I've bought two gen3 4runners. A '98 with 315k and an '01 with 264k. Just today I finished reassembling the 01 from replacing the head after it spit the plug out.

I thought the standard now is 300k club? After all these things are 20+ years old on the avg which means if you are a 15k year driver then reaching 300k plus miles should be standard. Damn our 3rd gen easily gets 30k per year miles because it is the daily go to work sit in the parking lot vehicle for the wife and dog car on the weekend. She barely gets 5k miles a year on 2018 4 runner. Mine is at 330k and runs better than it did at 300k...lol We are retiring it to becoming the motorhome vehicle due to its light weight, reliability, small size and it is the perfect go to vehicle when you arrive at your destination in the motorhome.
