First time T4R buyer - Interested in '95 - should there be any concerns?

Hey friends!

Looking into buying my first T4R and found a BEAUTIFUL '95! Are there any huge concerns with that year and model? If so, what should I look for?

Anyone here in the Portland, OR area looking to help a brother out and inspect for me, as I'm located in Texas :/

I'm looking at an 06 out of town as well and decided to use a dealership to review condition of the one I would like to purchase $126.00 + Tax. IMO money well spent. They just did the inspection yesterday and I'm hoping to see the printout from it today? I'll pass along my impression of their report after I get it.

Did you just contact a local Toyota dealership, or how did you go about that?

I looked at the area on the map the vehicle was located at and googled up the Toyota dealers close by, got their email and requested a evaluation of it, then asked the fellow selling the 4Runner to take it over. A bit of a PITA for the seller but as I told him I not qualified to make the mechanical call.

Beware of rust or thin sheetmetals in the frame, especially from fueltank and back, linkarm brackets,shock and springbrackets,floor, innerfender, metalplates behind rear sides of chromebumper.frame crossovers etc..

But it Depends on what condition it have been used in and how healthy life it have lived in from the past owners..

mechanical issues should be check buy a car workshop etc. wheelbearings,spareparts,leaks etc..
