a while back i picked up a 88 for a good deal, it had been mostly swapped to a 22re and solid axled over 10yrs... well i have it now and have always wanted one
but i already have a wheeler, and it thinks your 4rnr has a purty mouth. started out as an 80; longs, dual case, ARB, weber amongst other mods on 35x13.5 and no lift with a custom BFH clearance kit i found at harbor frieght.
so no real reason to build it into a wheeler, cant drive both. 4wd tow rig doesnt make sense either as im building a 1UZ stout as a sorta tow rig.
i also have a 79 celica, a couple hilux and some random donor 22r trucks. what can i say, i do like me my 20/2R's.
but i still have no use for a 4rnr... i mean i even already have this mini with the same wheelbase and a hacked body...
but i dont have something that seats more then 2, and a slammed 4rnr is way better then a slammed mini...
so if you havent guessed, i committed sacrilege and did a body swap. if you guys want i can post the build thread, the body swap is not a bolt on deal if your thinking about it.
already got some ass saving info (thx for the service manual btw) from here and dig the forum, will be reading up to make sure the questions i got arnt already answered.
