So I noticed I had a humming noise that would appear at 60-70mph. This also applies to other gen 4runners too. This had to do with Pinion angle. When you lift your truck, the angle will be off. This can also be indicative of U joints in your driveline also, so grease or rebuild them if possible.

BUT we have double cardan joint so this is how it should look.
So I was able to get rid of the humming by adjusting the pinion angle by using a Front Rangle Offroad fully adjustable rear upper and lower control arms. I currently have a ome 851 in the rear so I have about 4ish inches of lift in the rear. So the humming has gone away but I get more vibration because it does not use bushing.
